Color Chip Loan Policy. As a convenience to you
we offer color chips to assist you with your decision
for a $50.00 charge, refundable only if you make your purchase with us within 10 days. As far as we know,
we are the ONLY mailbox dealer on the internet "loaning"
out color chips. We have 10 sets constantly out on
loan with a waiting list.
Due to folks not returning
them in a timely manner, we've had to implement this
policy: the color chips need to be returned within
10 working days (two weeks) using the postmark on
the box/envelope. If they are not returned IN A TIMELY MANNER we will
be forced to charge your account $50 (the value of
the chips).
Color chips need to be returned whether you make a purchase or not to avoid the $50 fee which is our cost for replacing the color chips.
Charge card numbers are required if you are borrowing color chips. Sorry, no checks can be accepted as the deposit for color chips.
